Driver Definitions

Note: A Drive is specialized software designed to act as an interface between
           a program and a particular device

          [Text] = Field only exists under given circumstance

• Driver# = Reference number of the driver
   ◊ Name = Driver name, always preceded by a period
   ◊ Version = Version of driver
   ◊ PPC Native = Is driver code written for PowerPC
      + Category = Category code
      + Service = Type of service code
      + Description = Name Registry description
   ◊ Type = What it provides support for
   ◊ Interface = Interface type of driver
   ◊ SCSI# = Number of SCSI device [SCSI Driver]
   ◊ Slot# = Slot Number of card which it may support
   ◊ Unit# = Position which the device occupies in the unit table
   ◊ Status = Open/Closed
   ◊ Location = ROM/RAM
   ◊ Address = Hex address of driver
   ◊ Original Flags Enabled = Flags which were active when the driver was
                 loaded.  These flags provide information about how the operating
                 system should interact with the driver
   ◊ Current Flags Enabled =Flags which are currently active
